Degree Articulation Agreement– JCC

Associate in Individual Studies

UPMC Chautauqua has an arrangement with Jamestown Community College whereby a student may take a course at JCC and be eligible for an Associate in Individual Studies Degree (A.A.S) after completing the 4th trimester of the program. This will be accomplished, in part, by the granting of 30 college credits for the technical supporting core and 30 credits through a general education core acquired at the community college.

Candidates for the A.A.S. Degree must earn at least 30 credit hours in course work from the liberal arts and sciences and meet the following distribution requirements.

During the programs Trimester 5, JCC will grant students 30 credits toward the A.A.S. degree. This will allow the student to apply for JCC’s May graduation and receive their degree prior to Radiology School graduation in June.
